Who is The True Leader Company?
TTLC was founded by Admiral Sir Trevor Soar and Nigel Allfrey in 2014 as a simple, natural and complete method for understanding and building leaders. It has been developed as a result of combining the experience and insight of a highly successful leader, with that of a master facilitator, who has successfully developed thousands of potential leaders. This gives participants access to a wealth of knowledge and real-world insights and has three principal aims:
Firstly, we know that TRUE leadership as a thread woven through the fabric of an organisation makes a huge, positive impact on what that organisation can achieve. So we believe in ‘A better future with TRUE Leaders’.
Secondly, we know that leadership, like many other competencies, is something we can LEARN. It’s not an esoteric, mysterious and innate skill possessed only by a few. Sure, not everyone has the potential to be a ‘leader in a million’ – and that’s fine, because what we need are millions of really GOOD leaders.
Finally, we are ideally suited to guide people on the journey to TRUE Leadership – we are a combination of highly skilled and experienced leaders who have all led to a high level guided by an exceptional leader who has led a massive and highly complex organisation with outstanding results and is both a humanist and an approachable sage willing to share experiences with other potential leaders.
People Truth Potential
It’s all about the people.
We enable TRUE leaders. In turn they develop themselves and their people. This multiplying effect delivers TRUE value.
Tell it like it is.
TRUE leaders uncover real truth to support their actions. We will speak the truth even if doing so is uncomfortable.
Unlocking the potential.
We value leaders who build people’s capability towards their potential. By equipping people with the tools and empowering them to be TRUE leaders we will all share in a better future.

Who do we work with?
We pride ourselves in tailoring our workshops to the need of the organisation and our students during workshops will not only benefit by “Becoming a TRUE Leader” but will also generate ideas on how to improve leadership specifically within their own organisations.
It is possible to inspire and empower people while still respecting them, reaping the rewards of improved productivity, greater achievement and a more successful organisation, We will show you how to get the very best out of your people where the best continue to improve. We will show you how to attract and retain talent, motivate and challenge people yet still be approachable and an example for them to follow.
